Operation: Oliver

Operation: Oliver has been an amazing partnership with so many organizations, universities, and people in Baltimore City coming together because they believe that change is possible and won't accept failure.  We've come a long way since July 2011 and the success to date has resulted in over 1000 volunteers, international attention on our efforts in East Baltimore, and a calling for veterans to help reshape cities across the country.
